Chef Cameon Orel is a northwest native and a Culinary Institute of America graduate. After graduating from culinary school, she worked in New York City. In 1988, she returned home to work at the storied Fuller’s restaurant in Seattle. In 1994, she became the Executive Chef of The Beach Café @ The Point on Lake Washington, in Kirkland. Earlier this year, she joined the creative team for the Fall City Roadhouse, as executive chef.
